Federal-Mogul
TPR (India) Ltd. (Formerly Goetze TP (India) Ltd) was formed in 1997 as a joint
venture among Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd., the leading manufacturer of
piston rings in India, Federal-Mogul Corporation and Teikoku Piston Ring Co.
Ltd., Japan, one of the largest manufacturers of piston rings in Japan. The
partnership provides the Indian automobile industry with hi-tech steel
compression rings and multi-piece oil rings for its new generation cars,
4-stroke bi-wheeler and other high-performance engines. The plant has the
capacity to manufacture 14.4 million steel rings per anum. |

in Bengaluru for manufacturing of nitrided steel piston rings, three-piece oil

Federal-Mogul Goetze India Ltd. to form the complete set.
